After your website verification succeeds and your claimed listing is published, we automatically email your private dashboard URL to the email address you claimed with. Open that email and click the full link to reach the Edit your listing dashboard on Northwest Pro Index. No username or password is needed. Bookmark the complete dashboard URL, including everything after the # sign. The same link also appears on your private Your claim page. If you lose the email or bookmark, use Email my dashboard link below to request it again.

Select your business in the claim form and submit your work email and business phone number. A private Your claim page opens with a unique verification code. Add the code to your own business website using the instructions shown. Our automated system checks the website, publishes your listing as claimed after verification, and emails you the full private dashboard URL. Your dashboard link also appears on Your claim.

Immediately after submission, your browser opens a private Your claim page showing your business name, website verification code, and setup instructions. The verification code is displayed on that page. After ownership is verified and your claimed listing is published, you receive a separate approval email containing the complete private dashboard URL. Save that email or bookmark the dashboard.

Publish the exact code as text on your business website's home page, such as a footer line, or copy the provided nwpro-verify meta tag into the home page's HTML head. If someone manages your website, ask them to add it. The code must be available in the published page HTML on the business website shown on your listing. A social media post or a code on another website does not verify ownership. You can remove the code after approval.

Your dashboard is the Edit your listing page on Northwest Pro Index. It updates your listing in this directory. Your own business website is used to prove ownership by publishing the verification code there. After approval, open the dashboard URL emailed to you, or use the Open my edit page button on Your claim.

Your approval email confirms that the claim is approved and contains your full private dashboard URL, including its access key. Click that link to open the Edit your listing dashboard without a username or password. The email also explains how to bookmark the link and where to request another copy. Keep the email private because the full link gives access to submit edits to your business listing.

The checker normally runs about every five minutes during the first two hours after submission, then roughly hourly, for up to 14 days. Your private Your claim page refreshes its status automatically. Once verification succeeds and the claimed listing is published, we queue your dashboard email; email delivery normally follows within about 10 minutes. Website caching, publication failures, or mail delays can take longer. If the claim expires, submit a new claim for a new website code.

Open your saved approval email and click its private dashboard URL, or use your dashboard bookmark. If you lose both, select Email my dashboard link below. Choose your claimed business, enter the email address you originally claimed with, and submit. If it matches the approved owner email on file, the system automatically emails the dashboard URL to that address. You do not need to add another website code. Check your inbox and spam folder; delivery normally takes about 10 minutes. Resends are limited to one every 10 minutes and five in 24 hours per business.

The complete dashboard URL contains an access key tied to your business listing. Our system validates that key before publishing submitted changes. Approval and recovery emails contain that private URL, so keep them and your dashboard bookmark private. Recovery sends only to an approved owner email already on file. The recovery form never displays the dashboard key or confirms whether the email address matched.

Claiming and editing your business listing remain free. Optional paid subscriptions are available only when a priced subscription plan is shown on this page. While the Coming soon notice is displayed, there is nothing to purchase. When available, subscriptions include sponsored placement, automatic activation after payment, self-service billing and cancellation, and activity reports. Payment does not change customer ratings or establish professional certification.
